About Your Call

Please provide a few business days before your requested call date so we can coordinate with your preferred faculty/staff.

This request does not finalize a call until after we have confirmed with our faculty/staff. If your preferred faculty/staff member is not available at your requested time, we will reach out to you for alternatives. Once a call has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification.

Please note: we will not be able to accommodate calls on the weekends, major holidays or many school holidays (fall break, spring break, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
