Registration

• Use this link to register for classes. Due by December 15, 2023.
• When you sign the registration form, it gives us permission to register for each semester throughout your program.
• Click here if you do not want your current state and phone number shared with your classmates. Due by December 8, 2023.

Student Accounts

• Log into your student email and My Ursuline following the directions here.
• Your user name is firstname.lastname@ursuline.edu and your password is First initial of your first name first initial of your last name XXXXX where X= the FIRST five digits of your SSN.
• Desire 2 Learn will not be ready until closer to the start of classes.
• If you have any issues logging in, please email servicedesk@ursuline.edu. 

Review the Handbooks & Submit Consent Form

• Review the Nurse Anesthesia Handbook and the DNP Handbook.
• Once you have reviewed this material, please sign the consent form here. Due by December 15, 2023.

Student ID

• Submit your photo for your student ID, pick option 2. Click this link. We will mail your student ID to you. This picture will also be provided to your faculty and to all clinical sites for the class roster.
• Photo guidelines: head shot from the shoulders up; facing the camera; plain/blank background; no hats and no sunglasses.
• Due by January 16, 2024.
• There is a $10 charge for reprinting your ID should you lose it.

Financial Aid, FAFSA, Payment Plans

• Fill out the 2023-2024 FAFSA at studentaid.gov.
• If you have questions about financial aid, contact Rhonda Austin (raustin@ursuline.edu, 440-646-8331) or schedule appointment here.
• Payment plan forms: fall, spring, summer.
• Financial aid information sheet and AANA scholarship list.

Health Insurance Verification

• Upload a copy of your health insurance here.
• Due by January 16, 2024.

URSAlert

• Sign up for the URSAlert system here. This is the texting alert system Ursuline uses to notify students when there is an emergency or campus closure (click on "Sign Up" in the upper right corner).
