Student ID
- Submit your photo for your student ID - click this link. You will receive your ID at orientation.
Parking Registration
- Submit your vehicle information here. Physical passes are no longer required.
Name Tag
- Submit your name for your name tag here. Caution: what you type on the form is how your name will appear on your name tag!
New Student Online Experience
- This is a self-guided course to help you with all things technology-related. Click here to access it.
URSAlert
- Sign up for the URSAlert system here. This is the texting alert system Ursuline uses to notify students when there is an emergency or campus closure (click on "Sign Up" in the upper right corner).
Fitness Center
- If you would like to use the fitness center, please fill out the waiver here. Do this after your have your ID (IDs given out at orientation).
Financial Aid, FAFSA, Payment Plans
- Fill out the 2024-2025 FAFSA at studentaid.gov and Grad PLUS Loan (separate MPN and entrance counseling).
- You will receive your financial aid package later this fall. Disbursements occur the second week of classes and refunds will be the following week (not Monday).
